Parisse Confident about Italy’s Comeback

Scotland defeated Italy at a staggering 34-10 at Murrayfield in Edinburgh and the elation due to their win over France vanished in thin air for the critics. But the team skipper Sergio Parisse has assured his countrymen that they will be back in form by the time the match against Wales is about to start.

The match is scheduled to be on 23rd February. The probable reason for their confidence is because they have a week at hand to make amendments in their faults which otherwise would not have been possible if the match were just a week ahead.

Sergio Parisse guaranteed that they would become a whole new avatar for the next match. He also ruled out the rumors the team of Italy had underestimated the team of Scotland. He said that they had not been arrogant at all although he said that they were very disappointed with the defeat. He blamed their open rugby game being played too much as one of the reasons for their defeat to Scotland. But according to him since Six Nations were a matter involving lots of time and so it would be a bit less difficult for them to make a comeback.

Even the Italy coach Jacques Brunel agreed to what Sergio Parisse said. He also stated that Scotland had impermeable defense and they also attacked really well. Brunel reported of expansive game in Italy team was underway. For the reasons of defeat against the Scots the Frenchman coach of the Italy pointed out about the speed of the Italian players and poor defense that triggered their loss. The price that had to be paid was really high from the look of the score. But they are hopeful that the match can be shooed off as a nightmare after the match against Wales.
